While Qin was very helpful in the initial stages of our book printing, their approach was significantly different when a problem occurred, making a complete 180 on their service. The company takes the approach that the customer is always wrong, even while deploying a method of communication, file uploading, and proofing that invites errors and issues. While their printing quality is good, we fully regret using them for book printing and will not use them for future projects.
Outstanding communications and customer follow-up. Top-quality printing and production and on-time delivery.

I had an excellent experience with QinPrinting from start to finish! Their email communication was quick, helpful, and thorough. They gave updates throughout the printing project, accurate financial estimates, and even sent a video of the product before shipping. Once the product arrived, I saw it had been meticulously packed for safe travels. The quality of the product itself was excellent! The colors were exactly as they should have been, and the product exceeded all expectations. I couldn’t have been happier with this company! I will definitely use them again.

I was drawn to qinprinting as they are one of the few printers who are able to make board books. I was pleased to see the great reviews on here so I decided to put my trust in them. It felt like a big gamble, I’d never had a book printed before and was spending a lot of money without seeing a product in person but everything about the service was 10/10 from start to finish. The quote function was great, I could get my quote without behind hounded!
