Product looked great shipping was around 80% because one of the boxes did not have support/padding and that box got crushed .

I was hesitant to order from companies where I have to get a quote because it stresses me out. HOWEVER, Mia was amazing; communication, clarification, timing, attention to detail, fast responses, commitment was all way above expectations. The process was simple in the aspect of how smooth it went. Mia made sure my product would come out perfect, she sent me a proof copy (with a cost) and I made tweaks after that and it came out perfect. I ordered 200 copies of coloring books on 180gm interior paper, the thickest option for the cover, perforating, and perfect and sewn binding. The total came out to around $1500CAD. The image quality is insane. I will be ordering from them again, hopefully I sell out of my stock I just got hehe.

The customer service was amazing. (Irene) She was responsive to every question, always checking in and providing updates. The books came, and they were packaged so safely and securely. The book's color was vibrant. I am so impressed with everything from start to finish.

Qin Printing went above my expectation. I was particularly impressed by Nelson’s responsiveness and attention to detail! No question was too big or too small for his prompt attention. I will be sticking to Qin Printing for a long while.
Excellent communication and excellent product
The printing was horrible. So small and blurry it couldn’t be read. Was supposed to sell on Amazon but can’t because it looks so bad. They refused to reprint at their cost. Also paid a lot for one week shipping which came two weeks late.
