Irene provided some of the best customer service I have ever had. She found mistakes on my end, was patient, and communicated well. My product (a card game) arrived on time and was of high quality. I will be using them again in the future. Truly a 5 star experience on every step of the process.
I can't begin to tell you how easy it was to have my card deck printed and delivered by QinPrinting. The quality of the finished product was next to none. The whole process from beginning to end went without a hitch. I was very nervous having never done anything like this before, but Sharing helped me every step of the way. The price was extremely reasonable as well, and they handled everything for me even customs clearance and delivery straight to my door. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I had a very disappointing experience with Qin Printing.
I approached Qin to print my full-color, educational children's book. We went through extensive discussions regarding specifications, paper quality, binding, cover finishes, and production requirements.
I supplied the complete print-ready files, and after considerable back-and-forth, the proofs were finally approved. I was preparing to proceed with payment when I was suddenly informed that Qin could not print my book because it contained maps of India.
According to Qin, its facility was unable to print products containing maps due to restrictions in China, and it could not proceed with the order unless I removed or modified the maps.
These maps are an integral part of an educational book about India. Removing them was never an acceptable option.
What I found particularly frustrating is that this issue was identified only AFTER the entire design and proof approval process, when I was ready to make payment. This should have been identified and communicated at the very beginning, before I invested so much time preparing files and working through the production process.
Despite asking whether alternative production arrangements were possible, Qin ultimately informed me that it could not offer a solution.
I entrusted the company with my complete book files, original artwork, illustrations, layouts, and other intellectual property. I am now seeking written confirmation that these materials will remain confidential and will not be reproduced, shared, or used for any other purpose.
A printing partner should be able to identify production limitations upfront, communicate transparently, and offer reasonable alternatives where possible.

The quality of the product was exceptional and we were absolutely impressed with the final product. Great service & a great product! A year ago, I decided to create my own deck of affirmation cards. I had never done anything like this before. I researched various companies and, although the minimum order was larger than I had originally expected to do, I'm glad I did. Irene, the person who was my contact, was helpful, responsive, and accommodated all my concerns and nervousness. After all, sending almost $2K to China to a company I've never heard of before, was concerning. But, she "held my hand," guided me on decisions, even sent me extra photos and videos so I could see the progress. On top of that, the cards showed up 2 weeks early - and the quality and packaging were perfect! I don't know if I'll need more cards or other similar products, but I know I'll use QIN again. Bravo! A great experience.
Every aspect of working with Qin was the best. They, Jimmy and Daniel, were always there to advise, accommodate, and deliver. That in itself is an outstanding recommendation, but when you add to that the fact that they also provided the highest quality printing and materials then words of appreciation fail me. Five Stars!
