While Qin was very helpful in the initial stages of our book printing, their approach was significantly different when a problem occurred, making a complete 180 on their service. The company takes the approach that the customer is always wrong, even while deploying a method of communication, file uploading, and proofing that invites errors and issues. While their printing quality is good, we fully regret using them for book printing and will not use them for future projects.

I had an excellent experience with QinPrinting from start to finish! Their email communication was quick, helpful, and thorough. They gave updates throughout the printing project, accurate financial estimates, and even sent a video of the product before shipping. Once the product arrived, I saw it had been meticulously packed for safe travels. The quality of the product itself was excellent! I was drawn to qinprinting as they are one of the few printers who are able to make board books. I was pleased to see the great reviews on here so I decided to put my trust in them. It felt like a big gamble, I’d never had a book printed before and was spending a lot of money without seeing a product in person but everything about the service was 10/10 from start to finish. The quote function was great, I could get my quote without behind hounded!
All my correspondence was with Nelson, his customer service was fab, he was so helpful and informative and there was never a language barrier.
I got to see photos of my books before they were sent out too which was great! I was worried about the shipping and customs part the most as I didn’t know what I would need to do, but qinprinting dealt with everything!
I’m so happy with the quality of the product and I guess I’m now a self published author thanks to qinprinting! So I thank them for being an integral part of my journey.
